The house is fully equipped as a smart home. Lights throughout the house, the shades downstairs and in 2 of the bedrooms, the Sonos on all 3 floors of the house, the front door lock, and the thermostats can all be controlled by your iPhone / Siri. (All devices in the house have their microphones turned off, you must use your phone or iPad).

A house cleaner comes every other week. She can wash and change your sheets upon request.
