We kicked off this year with one of our quarterly sales meetings! This is such a great time to get in touch with the busy realtors that work at our brokerage. We get to ask how they’re business is going and what they are looking forward to in the New Year. And we get to have a scrumptious breakfast with them! We starting by networking and eating a great meal. We also get to meet our Family of Services and mingle with them. It is a lot of talking and catching up! Our realtors work hard, they don’t always get to come into the office as often as we would love them to!
Generally, we schedule a speaker but this meeting we wanted to focus on our tools and the services we provide as a brokerage and staff. So we decided to do speed meetings! Each table had 5-8 agents getting a quick rundown of a topic that each staff member chose (I was lucky that I got partnered with another staff member so I didn’t have to give my presentation alone)! There are many tools at the agents’ disposal that they are not aware of, so this allowed us to show them quickly and if it peeked their interest we could make an appointment to help them one on one.

The first four tables are our Family of Services or our Preferred Vendors. These are the vendors that help our clients with loans, home warranties, and much more! They are the easiest for us to get a hold of and always accessible to our agents and their clients. Each gave a quick presentation on what they do and who they are. Our Family of Services is very loveable! And each one has access to more marketing resources than most agents even know! Only adding to their value!
The last four tables were staff. Each staff member gave the presentation on a topic of value. We all worked hard on these and even made visual aids since not each table could have a TV or screen projector. Lead conversion was headed by our lead specialists. They talked about how to grab the potential client’s attention. Mobile ad was taught by our lovely assistant manager. This great resource advertises for you! Videolicious is a great app that lets you introduce yourself with music and pictures! The best table (maybe I am biased) was to show how important your contacts are and how often you should be updating your database.
At the end of every meeting, we present the quarter winners in different departments. Hope this gave you an insight to our meetings and how much fun we have! I love these meetings and seeing all the agents!
