This 100 year old, four generation farm is nestled in the rolling hills of south central Texas among many beautiful oak trees. Visit with the Frerichs family and learn what farming and agriculture is all about. Crowe's Nest Farm 10300 Taylor Ln, Manor, TX
Fall Family Fun Days! Dates and Times TBD. Every October, Crowe's Nest Farm hosts Saturday Fall Festivals that are open to the general public. It's the most beautiful time of year to visit the farm and take part in all the regular group tour activities, plus experience many added attractions like raptor shows, snake shows, sheep shearing, corn shucking, apple cider making, live music, and lots of local vendors selling everything from fresh organic produce, eggs, honey, jam, bread, and hand-crafted gifts.
Open every Saturday and Sunday in October. Saturdays 10 am-5 p.m. Sundays 1-5 pm. Admission and parking are Free. 20% discount to all active military and first responders.
These activities require a $2.50 ticket: Hunt, launcher, pumpkin races, train ride, golf, fishing pond, spinner, hop along ponies, and bounce house and the famous striker. Face painting: $2.50-$5.00, fire truck rides: $5.00, Unlimited runs through 2 mazes: $5.00
The Pumpkin Hunt is a family-friendly event where children of all ages can enjoy fall activities. All activities are ongoing throughout the day, allowing families to customize their experience at the farm. Pumpkins of all sizes will be available for purchase.
The premier event, the Pumpkin Hunt, includes a wagon ride into the Christmas tree fields where mini pumpkins are hidden in the trees. After the hunt, enjoy pumpkin decorating on the pavilion along with great concessions.
The Evergreen Farms authentic pumper fire truck will again be at the Pumpkin Hunt. The truck will stop on the ride and demonstrate how the hoses and pumps work as well as sounding the sirens along the way. Each child will receive a fire hat after the ride.
