It is such a great time of year! The weather is so nice and cool, leaves are changing colors, and so many other good things! It has been raining buckets here but the temperature is still such a great change from the sweltering heat. And it is my birthday month! So that already makes it better! It is a week before Halloween and are you ready for it? If not, I tend to think like Christmas it kind of sneaks up on you, I have put together some great treats you can throw together for those Halloween parties!

What's made with tomato sauce, onions, garlic, pepperoni, parmesan and mozzarella cheese? 

It's my all-time favorite meal: PIZZA!!

Who doesn't love a saucy, cheesy and flavorful pizza served with traditional pepperoni? Maybe throw in some Italian sausage, peperoncinis and fresh tomatoes, basil and garlic, yummm! I know what I'm having for lunch today!! Austin really has become a mecca of great food and eateries all over town, to fine dining to trailer food parks.

We all have a mother, grandmothers and some have sisters, aunts and nieces. When we love someone, we not only want them to be happy, but we want them to live a long healthy life.  What's the trick to beating breast cancer? Early detection! In order to detect early onset cancer, one must first be educated.

I ask all my sister to take the time to educate themselves on breast cancer and at the very least what symptoms & sings to look for and how to perform a self-exam. 

Aside from detection, it's never a bad idea to adopt healthy lifestyle habits to further prevent cancer and other ailments.
