Kimberly Conrad, REALTOR®
Licensed as a REALTOR in 1999, my experiences range from the joy of handing keys to first-time buyers to helping my clients through the tears of selling their home due to job losses, divorce, and illness. I know how stressful buying, selling, or renting a home can be. I have bought and sold many personal homes, and been on both sides of the landlord/tenant relationship.
Being a REALTOR means every day is different. I have been covered with fleas listing an REO, accidentally pepper sprayed, dragged an ornery billy goat back to his barn, and held closings in restaurants and the ICU.
Helping people is the most important and satisfying part of being a Realtor. I enjoy giving back to my local community and currently volunteer at the Central Texas Food Bank. Past partnerships include organizations such as Christmas in April/ Rebuilding Together of which I served as board member and chairman.
I grew up on a large cattle and grain farm owned by my family since 1834, and am proud of the work ethic my parents gave me. I have been blessed with four wonderful children and three beautiful grandchildren. Baby Bleu and Hemingway Bleu, who is polydactyl, are the rescue kitties who greet me when I get home. Horseback riding, shooting at the range, antique furniture, auctions, landscaping, and travel are a few of my hobbies. I also enjoy automotive aftermarket products and have helped install many leather interiors, moonroofs, and grilles!
With over 35 years of sales experience, I look forward to being YOUR Realtor!
